Tasks

• Direct and delegate duties to employees and volunteers
• Support Team leads in managing team operations and workflow
• Train and assist employees in daily store operations
• Manage tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Supervise backroom and sales floor
• Help facilitate store needs for cleaning, maintenance and displaying merchandise
• Opening and closing procedures
• Perform basic store duties as needed or directed
• Provide efficient, polite customer service
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager and Team Leads

Skills

• Ability to work with diverse groups of people
• Customer Service experience
• Basic money counting and cash handling skills
• Ability to make fast-paced decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to direct and assist with tasks at all skill levels
• Ability to work rotating/flexible schedule (including mandatory rotating weekends)
