Supervise accuracy of Point of Sales entries, minimal excess overages/ shortages. Responsible for cash deposits. Schedule employees, supervise payroll, knowledgeable of St. Vincent’s’ policies regarding personnel policies and procedures. Supervise payment of store expenses. Responsible for good customers relationships.
Responsible for stocking the shelves from donations received. Establishes policies, goals, objectives and procedures. Confers Council and Finance Committee. Responsible for employee training.
Implement or oversee environmental management recycling programs.
